Home visits

Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability and are at the discretion of the doctor.

Where possible please telephone The Surgery on 01254 884217 before 10am if you require a home visit.

A doctor may telephone you before they visit as sometimes your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, it may be more appropriate to send a nurse, or you may need hospital attendance.

If you are experiencing severe crushing chest pain – you are advised to call 999 for an emergency ambulance.
